How much is the deposit?

A deposit equivalent of one month rental is required.

What is the cancellation notice period?

We require 1 month’s notice for termination of contract.

What is included in the rent?

Utilities, business rates, cleaning, use of dedicated fibre internet connection, building insurance, building maintenance, tea and coffee in café areas, reception services.

Do I have 24/7 access to my office?

Yes, you have your own code/key for access at anytime.

Is office furniture included?

All our offices are furnished with desks, cabinet, operators chairs and visitors chairs.

Do you have a reception area?

Our Reception operating hours are from 8.30am to 5.00pm

Is there parking facilities?

There is a private car park at the rear of the building, for use on a first come/first serve basis (we allow double parking for the convenience of clients but this is not normally necessary).

Can I up/downsize my office space?

Yes, subject to availability

Do you have conference rooms for hire?

We have three Conference Rooms available to accommodate up to sixteen people.

What is your dog policy?

Upon application, we allow well behaved dogs in private offices

Do I require to make an appointment to arrange a viewing?

We recommended making an appointment so we can ensure someone is available to show you around.
