Conference Suites

  • We agree to provide conference suites as described during standard business hours (8.30am until 5pm Monday to Friday) as booked by You.
  • We have the right to suspend the provision of the service for reasons of political unrest, strikes or other events beyond our reasonable control.
  • You must comply with any House Rules which We impose generally on users of the Centre whether for reasons of health and safety, fire precautions or otherwise. Such rules are developed and/or imposed for the safety of Our Clients and to protect their use of the Centre as a place of work.
  • We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.


Fees

  • A deposit of 25% of the required hire fee is required at the time of booking. Deposits not received within 24 hours will result in the booking being automatically cancelled.
  • The balance will be invoiced after the event and will include and additional supplements as agreed. This must be paid within 30 days of invoice.
  • If refreshments are requested, arrangements will be confirmed in writing and invoiced after the event.
  • Conference suite booking after 5.00pm or before 8.30am will incur a £20 per hour surcharge.


Discounts

  • For any bookings over 4 hours, a 15% discount of the room hire fee will be applied
  • For any bookings over 8 hours, a 20% discount of the room hire fee will be applied
  • Any discounts as agreed will be deducted from the final invoice.


Cancellations

  • Deposit being withheld for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event.
  • Deposits will be refunded (less admin charge) for cancellations made outwith 48 hours of the event unless rescheduled.


Hot Desking

  • We agree to provide hot desk facilities as described during standard business hours (8.30am until 5pm Monday to Friday) as booked by You.
  • You must comply with all relevant laws and regulations in the conduct of Your business. You must not do anything that may interfere with the use of the Centre by Us or by others (including but not limited to political campaigning or immoral activity), cause any nuisance or annoyance, or cause loss or damage to Us (including damage to reputation) or to the owner of any interest in the building.
  • If We have been advised by any government authority or other legislative body that it has reasonable suspicion that You are conducting criminal activities from the Centre, or You are or become subject to any government sanctions, then We shall be entitled to terminate any and all of Your agreements with immediate effect. You acknowledge that any breach by You of this clause shall constitute a material default, entitling Us to terminate Your agreement without further notice.
  • You must comply with any House Rules which We impose generally on users of the Centre whether for reasons of health and safety, fire precautions or otherwise. Such rules are developed and/or imposed for the safety of Our Clients and to protect their use of the Centre as a place of work.
  • Booking fees will be refunded (less admin charge) for cancellations made outwith 24 hours of the event unless rescheduled.
  • All personal belongings must be removed from the building by the client at the end of each day. No storage facilities are available on site.
  • A private office may be offered if available, however there is no guarantee to this.
  • We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
